Located centrally between Hornsea beach, Hornsea Mere and the town centre there are plentiful walks from the front door including to local cafes, pubs and restaurants. It also has it's own private parking space as well as further on street parking.
The 1930s mid terrace property is located just a short quiet walk from the Trans Pennine Trail leading down to the blue flag award beach.
It is also a 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop where the town service bus stops as well as buses to Beverley and Hull if you would like to leave the car behind but travel further afield.
The property sleeps 6 guests in three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedside table, dressing table and wardrobe. Bedroom two has a double bed, mirror shelf, bedside cabinets and wardrobe. Bedroom three has single bunk beds with a small chest of drawers and hanging rail.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the modern appliances needed to enjoy a self catering stay including full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a dining area.
There is also a modern bathroom with bath and overhead shower. The private garden with patio furniture has 6 foot close board fencing as well as a summer house with further seating.
