The studio is accessed via the enclosed courtyard garden at the rear of the building. 

The entrance leads in to the kitchen / lounge room. The studio has everything required for a self catering stay, with breakfast bar, wall mounted TV and sofa (converts to a sofa bed to provide additional sleeping area for 1 adult or 1-2 children)

The separate bedroom can be accessed off the lounge area, which has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

Parking is available and well behaved dogs are welcome and should always be kept on a lead when outside of the enclosed courtyard area. 

Located close to Paull, Hedon and Saltend Gas Terminal, Hull.

Perfect for group holidays with family and friends with separate accommodation if required and ideal for work stays due to the close proximity to Saltend Gas Terminal, Hull.
